Sales Representatives

Sales Representative

Whether you are an experienced Brokerage Sales Representative with current book of business or brand new looking to get your start, GTO may have a position for you. GTO is looking for candidates that take sales to a new level. GTO is seeking talent that is ambitious enough to want to push the boundaries of GTO 2000’s potential. Our ideal candidate will thrive in a highly competitive atmosphere and will not be hindered by rejection.

Essential Functions

Quote rates to customers for new lanes using GTO approved websites/software

Cultivate new and current customer relations

Retain knowledge of customer needs (pallets, detention and handling guidelines)

Consult with carrier sales managers regarding rates or trends on availability on carriers for lanes prior to
quoting rates

Maintain knowledge of shipper and receiver locations and pass pertinent knowledge to sales and support teams

Verify load information for sales, support or accounting when needed

Always be available for customer needs or problems

Carrier Sales

Carrier Sales

We are always looking for Carrier Sales candidates. We have Level I, II & III positions available based off your experience, productivity and current carrier relations. At GTO our Carrier Sales Team know the balance between taking care of our lanes and also taking care of our carriers. We are looking for dedication, loyalty and a drive to be part of a successful team.

Essential Functions

Soliciting new carriers to work with GTO

Learn to prequalify new carriers before sending to carrier compliance

Cultivate relationships with carriers to develop core carriers

Cover loads –Learn to negotiate best rates possible while maintaining quality service

Add carrier to load

Communicate all necessary information to carrier for load

Report problems to CSR

Post loads to load board

Participate in on-call dispatch on nights and weekends per on-call schedule

Customer Service/Accounting

Customer Service/Accounting

Both our Operation Support & Accounting Teams are always looking for big personalities with amazing customer service skills. We train everyone that walks through our doors even if you are Skill level, experienced, or have no experience in the industry. All positions need excellent work ethic and efficiency. We are however looking for 2 top requirements, customer service and basic computer skills. Other skills and experience necessary will be based off of what positions are currently available.

Operation Support Team consists of Logistic Coordinators. It has positions 1st, 2nd, 3rd and weekend shifts, all will be communicating regularly with drivers and customers to keep everyone updated on progress of loads. This requires a lot of attention and detail to make sure all progress loads are on time and safe.

Accounting Team consists of various positions, Carrier Relations Assistant, Carrier Development, Billing Specialist, AR Specialist, AP Specialist, Risk Specialist, HR & Controller. Every position has a unique roll to help each other stay on top of customer satisfaction.
