It has been an amazing start for me with GTO 2000. First I would like to commend your staff.  Without exception, they are the most professional, personable and competent group I have ever come across in one organization. For a brief period after I left [company name omitted] I worked as a General Manager of a large propane company. Through a merger all of the GM's were displaced, and having a two year non-compete I returned to the trucking industry. With seven offices, I witnessed all levels of competency. Whatever hiring practices you have in place or whatever GTO 2000 does to nurture this more-than-competent staff, you should continue to do.  I have a home for a very long time and cannot imagine the growth potential this will provide for me.

I have not only found a solid team to work with at GTO 2000, but also a home and a family. GTO has provided me with an outstanding opportunity to run a business and earn a great living. I have only been in the industry for a relatively short period of time, but have been in many pressured sales jobs where you have little support and feel like you have to make work your life in order to be successful. At GTO, even though they expect you as an agent to work hard and produce, they truly realize the importance of balance between work and family life. I am finally able to fulfill my dream of being a business owner with very little overhead and a great support staff headquartered at GTO 2000 in Gainesville, GA. Because of GTO 2000, I finally enjoy my work and am close to making more money than I‘ve ever made.

What I like about GTO 2000 is they have been around for over 35 years. They pay me and my carriers fast, and more importantly, carriers know GTO so they WANT to do loads with us because they know we will pay in a timely fashion. Carriers also know we are a responsible and honest company and are pleasant to do business with. New carriers like us because they look at our credit rating and it always shows excellent and average pay around 21 days - this makes it easier for me to book carriers (especially new ones) on loads I have posted.

GTO 2000 INC. has a very positive approach in working with agents and dealing with problems as they arise. GTO is a stable company with an excellent track record and system for building strong, long-term relationships that have everyone's best interests at heart.

Finding GTO 2000 to work with has changed my life. When I first thought about becoming an agent for someone, there were three requirements. 

1. They must pay the trucks in a timely manner (I was tired of having trucks say they wouldn't work for my company because of slow payment.) 

2. They must pay the agents in a timely and trusting fashion. 

3.They must have a solid reputation so that businesses could trust them, and trucks would work for them.

GTO 2000 met and exceeded these requirements. When I post a load, the phone rings off the hook due to the great relationships with trucking companies. When I talk to customers, the credibility GTO 2000 brings to the table helps sell the whole package. And best of all are those commissions. On time, fair percentage, no hassle.

As I said - GTO 2000 changed my life - my relationship is better with my family due to my time available - my stress level is down as I am my own boss - and GTO 2000 handles all the paperwork and bills. What more could you ask for?
